He is back to World of Models family to share some updates on his modeling and very exciting acting career. And be careful folks, cause Nick is a terrific martial arts fighter too lol!

Hey Edward,  I´ve been staying in Toronto, Canada to focus more on acting so I haven’t been modeling too seriously lately.

But still jobs here and there thou, mainly in Canada and some in Europe. I´ve done recent campaigns For clothing lines: Fila (Italian), Karv (canadian) and Calida (Swiss) and advertising for many other brands.

Since I was younger I always did want to act, but it kind of took a back seat when martial arts took over, and then suddenly modeling was added to that equation, so I figured acting will have to wait for now. My first experience acting was at around age 12 doing small  commercials here and there.  Here is my commercials from when I was younger

The guy into the Performing Arts: Hobo with a Shotgun

Yes!, Well I’m very lucky to be getting such fun roles in a Movie. Filming Hobo with a Shotgun while playing the roles of IVAN and RIP was one of the most fun I´ve had in my life.  working with such passionate people; Producers (Niv Fichman, Rob Cotterill), Director (Jason Eisener) and Talented actor like Rutger Hauer was invigorating. we went through gallons of fake blood everyday on set and had a blast doing it, we actually had our own blood truck!.

There was a funny moment on set while shooting Hobo With a Shotgun. We were shooting a scene where my character Ivan is about to kick through a door while wearing in hockey skates, and the writer was stumped for a line for me to say during the scene.

So he asks me what I thought would be clever to say, and I came up with “It’s a Beautiful day for a Skate Rape!!!” and the whole set started dying laughing. Well it made it to the Movie and seems to be a popular line in the movie now.

Show biz: being in the right place at right time

From what I have experienced thus far of show business it is a lot of being in the right place at the right time with some talent to back it up, Also have seen how competitive it is. I do like a challenge thou so I’m pumped for the coming years.  I think the key to success is PASSION ,Perseverance, and Belief.  I feel if put your heart into something 100% and never give up or take NO for a answer and Believe it will happen, you will get to your goals.

Modeling X Acting

I don´t feel modeling offers me the same thing at all, when im acting I have to put alot of thought into my role and get to know the character im playing inside and out and Naturally portray that character on screen , and with modeling it just doesn’t go that deep at all I feel. Right now I’m aiming for lead roles that involve action or martial arts, because I am enjoying mixing two passions into one, it ‘s a great feeling.

Nick on love, dating, sports, fun……

Dating X Love

I’ll admit it,  I Love the cheesy romance stuff when it comes to Dating/Love I think a relationship should be like a fairytale….Stress free and full of surprises (good ones) a girl should be kept on her toes and always reminded how special she is. but its a two way street, relationships must have balance to work so it should go both ways.

Sports

Love to play them, not big on watching them except for the UFC, I love watching those fights!. GSP!

Attracting someone´s attention

Send a nice smile or smirk someones way depends on what kind of attention im trying to attract.

Having  fun

BBQ’s, Wake boarding, heading to the beach with friends, watching movies on my couch, prank calls . I’m not much for clubbing or bars

Fav body part and why

Eyes for sure,  Beautiful eyes are so intriguing to me

Fav underwear for daily activities and for those coooool sexy moments (lol!)
Calvin Klein’s all the way

In his IPOD

Don’t think is have a favorite but I listen to everything some of my favs in different genres are:
Michael Buble , The Trews, Linkin Park, The Glitch Mob, Afrojack, Explosions in the Sky.

The Projects

My next project is an Action Martial Arts film called “Blatant Violence High”. I will be doing all my own fight scenes and stunts as well as the acting, so It will be a great experience. I´m working with With a top fight Choreographer at the moment by the name of Daniel O’neill from the movie’s “Bangkok Adrenaline” and “The Protector”. So I will be training my “on screen” fighting skills with him for the next while to prepare for this next Feature Film!.

My goals and expectations are to become a well respected and known actor who can bring Martial Arts and Stunts to the table as and added bonus.
